Ordinary page visits
Loading a website sends connection information, including an IP address and requested resource, to the server delivering it. Hosting infrastructure may process request times, browser information and technical logs for delivery, security and fault diagnosis. This static site does not provide a visitor account, advertising integration, analytics script or server-side contact form.
We do not state a fixed hosting-log retention period here because the site code does not control infrastructure logging. You may contact us for clarification about the deployed service. We do not sell personal information or use the supplied code to build advertising profiles.
The contact worksheet stays local
The worksheet assembles text in your browser. Its code does not transmit field contents, save them to localStorage or send an email. Copying places text on your device clipboard; downloading creates a text file on your device. Your browser, device settings, extensions or clipboard-sync services may handle that information separately.
Reloading or leaving a page is not a secure deletion mechanism: a browser may restore form contents. Use an appropriate private device and clear fields or browser data when necessary. Avoid entering confidential information.
If you choose to email us
Your email provider sends the information you include, such as an email address, name, message and attachments. We use correspondence to consider questions, reply where appropriate, investigate corrections and manage relevant administrative or privacy matters. We do not add senders to a marketing list.
Where applicable data-protection law requires a legal basis, ordinary correspondence is handled for legitimate interests in answering enquiries and maintaining the site, or to meet a relevant legal obligation. Consent is used where it is specifically required. We retain correspondence only as long as reasonably needed for its purpose, associated follow-up or applicable legal requirements; there is no automatic deletion schedule built into this website.
Storage, recipients and external services
The optional “remember my choice” setting writes a browser preference only after you select it on the Cookie Settings page. No analytics or advertising service is activated by that setting. External links do not load third-party pages until you follow them; the destination then applies its own privacy practices.
Hosting and email providers may process information needed to deliver those services, and information may be disclosed where legally required. Processing locations depend on those services. For questions about a particular email interaction, provider or international-transfer safeguard where applicable, contact us.
Your choices and rights
You can avoid using the worksheet, remove the saved preference, clear site data and choose what to include in an email. Depending on your location and the applicable law, you may have rights to access, correct, erase, restrict or object to certain processing, request portability, or withdraw consent where processing relies on it. Some rights are subject to legal exceptions.
